授業報告 (その１：概要）/ UTD-Toyo Online Joint Class Report #1：Outline
2021年7月にテキサス大学ダラス校（UTD：University of Texas, Dallas）の学生16名と芦沢ゼミ32名（3年専門ゼミ＋1年基礎ゼミ）はCOIL（Collaborative Online International Learning）と呼ばれる教育実践モデルにより、学生参加型のオンライン協働授業を実践しました。両大学の学生たちは8つのグループにわかれて協働学習し、日本時間7月29日に最終プレゼンテーションをおこないました。

Joint Classroom between University of Texas, Dallas (UTD) and Toyo University
University of Texas, Dallas (UTD) and Toyo University collaborated for a joint classroom, focusing on “Cultural Diversity and Global Citizen.” The project was started on June 5th by exchanging lectures. From July, 16 UTD students and 32 Toyo students engaged in discussion for three weeks by using a new online system, Immerse U (Class 2 Class). The students were divided into 8 groups and discussed issues related to cross-cultural issues. Then, at the final joint class on July 29th JST (28th in Dallas), each group engaged in presentations. It was quite an inspiring and enjoyable learning experience for students from three universities
